Drove to Reno today.  Lunch in Susanville. Booked a room at the La Quinta in Reno online.  Paid too much--$142!!!

Tuesday

Got the second swivel installed.  Now we can face the back or we can have the seats face each other so we can create a little dinette area.  Opens the van up a lot.  We also bought a Yeti Goal Zero 1000x solar generator and two Goal Zero "Boulder" briefcase style solar panels.  Panels are 100 watt each.  Got it all at Sportsman's Warehouse in Reno.  They did not have all the appropriate cords for charging the generator though.  I called all over Reno but found no place with the cords in stock.  Took Dave to Urgent Care where they x-rayed his thumb.  Said bone on tip of thumb was chipped.  Thumb is very swollen and looks like pus forming under the skin.  Lanced it and gave him a bunch of prescriptions for some heavy duty meds.  We decided to go back to Tahoe to stay at Hannah's so that Dave can rest while he takes all those meds.
