Went to Raley's for groceries today, then fueled the van.  Bought saline spray for our noses because it is so much drier here than in LA.  Took the dogs for a walk in the woods and around the block.  Napped for an hour at 4 pm.  I'm having some difficulty breathing.  Can't seem to take in enough air--maybe it's the altitude.  Getting a very stuffy nose.

Nineteen 4th graders and a teacher were gunned down in Uvalde, TX.  It breaks my heart to think of it, and now I worry about Coen and Ruthie at school.
